They will prob be even more shocked when they see the stock air-box lose 20HP all on its own without suffering heat soak during back to back pulls with some cool-down time in between

That is a OEM stock airbox on a 2018 automatic car being run on a dyno back to back with no changes other than a 2nd pull to verify the initial pulls power number using the OEM stock box with a small cooldown period in between. (aka: a totally stock car) ( no heat soak issue with data to back up the how and why)
No OEM box alteration, a stock car making 2 dyno pulls.

So, an as-delivered from the factory 2018 ZL1 A10 looses 20HP between two dyno pulls, but temperature/heat soak is NOT the variable? Hmm

It is still silly to say it loses 20hp because ONE pull was lower.

edit: I get it. Marketing and Hype.....so I guess yours will automatically have 20hp more than the stock one. Good math.

WOW!
This was supposed to go on sale 2yrs ago?
If that's the case, they may decide to release it for the Gen7!

I wonder what material this will be made of, because the concept of a CAI is pretty simple...more cool air, so it must be working with the material that's making the launch difficult.

Now that is funny. In three days, it will be SIX MONTHS since I ordered a replacement filter for the roto-fab. No end in sight, they didn't bother to respond to my last email on an update. I think in 6 months I've reached out to them four times, could be three. I haven't been harassing at all. It's a freaking joke at this point.

You guys are really late to the game.

This thing better not be more than $59.99 w/ free shipping and an apology letter for tardiness.

Unless there’s a substantial cost benefit to switching to this, or for new buyers to completely circumvent the existing, proven cold air intakes for this platform, you guys have a hill to climb and a lot of bias to overcome. Good luck either way.

Your point here from November was very valid. Now 5 months later with the somewhat described leader in this area not even having a product to sell, this hasn't aged very well.
