How much they ding you for no front plate? Out here it is over $100. And I am happy to report that somebody my wife knows was stopped for not installing the registration sticker on the plate in the correct place...$87! (I actually applaud the officer on this one...it is a freaking pictogram on the registration that has the sticker attached to it...it shows you where it goes on the plate...if you cannot "read" a pictogram on where to place a sticker...maybe you should NOT be driving...lots of real reading involved there!)

What I meant was, there are other ways to attach a front plate without drilling holes in the bumper.
