They will not stick out as the offset compensates for this but you will be buying new tires. I would stick with the SS 1LE OEM size, 285/30-20 front and 305/30-20. Keep in mind you'll need different lug nuts as the OEM ones will not fit, also the center caps are a smaller diameter than OEM so you'll need MMR brand caps. Also unless you're transferring the TMPS sensors from the old wheels you'll need those too.

I believe mine are MMR zle 1le reps from MMR. Seem of good quality and very nice finish.
I doubt the Factory wheels 1LE are true forged wheels or at least I can’t find the info on the web. Most quality brands forged Monoblock go for over 1k per wheel with Forged one being cheapest i found at $3300 per set. When has anything OEM been cheaper. Even for there basic cast wheels in 20” its a 2k upgrade. And if they were true forged I believe Chevy would shout it from the roof tops. If i’m wrong please let me know and send me some links as I would truly like to know. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

As to shouting from the rooftops, there are numerous threads discussing the marketing/advertising prowess of GM when it comes to the Camaro

Alot of manufacturers of wheels call flow formed forged wheels. They can even hybrid flow form and billet aluminum to make a 2 piece “forged” wheel. Forged is not copyrighted to aluminum wheels “forged” for a piece of billet aluminum. A company could call their cast wheels forged if the felt the need to do so. I’ve seen where chevy calls them forged but seen no info showing true process to make wheels. And when have you seen something sold OEM that is a better deal than after market? I’m looking for info stating that the wheels are forged from one piece billet aluminum and not just named forged on a post, article or piece of paper. I think it is a little suspicious you can’t find that info anywhere. And although though they mat very well be truly forged i can find no proof. Also for a forged wheel they seem a little heavy. I would like to see somewhere stated how their “ forged” wheels are made before shelling out 3k Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Mounting my new (other than summer months) set of 4 MRR 017 wheels with 4 new tires this week. Bought the genuine GM TPMS through Wildhammer too. Wildhammer said to me in an email “your car can store up to 16 unique Tire pressure sensors so make sure when you swap, make sure you mark on the threads somewhere what position they were in, to not cause confusion when looking at the pressure screen on your dash, when swapping wheel sets”.
I’ve searched through forum, google, and the manual (have 2024 2SS 1LE) and can’t find anything about the profiles??? Anybody point me in the right direction? Any suggestions for Amazon relearn tool? I’m going to swap between my two sets (8 total tires) at least twice a year so I’m assuming it’s easier to do with always stored profiles. |

There's not profiles that I know of or previously heard of on the car, you DO have to use the re-learn tool each time you swap. I use the VXDAS OEC-T5, it's $8.99 on Amazon.

That way they are easy to switch out when you change each year. The relearn tool from Amazon works very well. Here is the link to the one I have. Programming the new sensors is also easy when you are in the relearn mod. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072BK693N...roduct_details

Maybe i'm wrong.. but for TPMS to read new wheels, you'll need sub $20 programmer to record new wheels each time you swap. Go to pressure screen, hold button on right steering wheel job D-pad and after beeps, walk around car starting at driver front and go to other side until complete. Instantly recognized.
My old ford could keep two sets in memory... just drive off, after a bit, it recognized the new wheels. That was kinda of nice. Maybe you had to air them down as well.. i forget.

I bought these exact wheels in Gunmetal from Wildhammer back in September, absolutely LOVE them!

My preference for a new 2024 2SS to break in myself slightly outweighed my favorite color - YOURS! So I decided to settle for black since GM eliminated Shadow Gray for 2024. Absolutely stunning sideshot! What centercaps are those? I haven’t had the chance yet to try my original LE1 centercap with Chev logo (just saw from another post original le1 wheel centercaps don’t fit) and not in love with the plain caps that shipped with the MRR wheels.

Those center caps are the GM Black SS Center caps from my old OEM wheels, they fit the MRR 017 wheels just fine.

IIRC the MRR uses 5th Gen Camaro center caps, 6th Gen do not fit.
