On the 2021 2ss I bought it didn't have npp (never used it on my corvette) I had to have the V8 auto leather seats Things on the car that I don't need but were on it 20 inch black wheels, heads up display(my wife likes that) light up door sill plates and what ever comes with the 2SS One think my wife likes that I'm sure is on all of them is the led light that you can change the color dash doors and cup holder. In fact She took me to go eat in her car and I said you changed the color from blue to red on your inside lights. She said I changed to red to match all the stitching on the black seats.

I don't see how Chevy can put those little bitty tires out back on a 455/455 car. Other than that, if I couldn't have afforded what I bought I would have purchased an LT1, taken the badges off, but better rims and tires on it and been happy to have it. |

The LT1 seems like a great option for anyone who plans to keep it a street car or even drag racing. It's still an extraordinarily capable car, just might to hold up to the heat on a road course. As far as wheels and tires, a lot of people change those anyway on whatever trim they get, so it's not a huge detriment. If they do, then they end up with a winter set as well.

NPP is the obvious. Musts for each person are different, the key is to not settle which can be tough depending on inventory if you’re buying from existing stock. If you are ordering, include the musts for you that you can’t add afterwards. Little upgrades & Chevy accessories buy afterwards. If I were ordering a car MRC would be an absolute must along with the NPP, if I was not ordering a 2SS and the car was an LT1 or 1SS the Recaro seat option would be an absolute must as well.

Right, those who don't care leave it, and those who do want the improved grip change them.

What about people like me with the SS? I guess I don't care either? Even though I already have pretty sticky tires? The fact is, most car owners do NOT change out their tires or at least do not change them out until the original ones are worn. And it has nothing at all to do with whether they want more grip or "don't care." |
