1. To continue having the great balanced handling that it has, which make euro sport cars cars like the BMW Ms to shiver. Probably to keep the Superb "Alpha" chassis.
2 To improve the rear seat space 3 keep the 6 speed Manual Transmission and the V8 & V8 SC availability 4. Improve the external design probably some retro style. I believe the exterior design was the reason for the Camaro's low sales. 5. Redesign the arm rest opening design. 6. Improve the size and location of the cellphone charger. 7. Lower window line, which is to high and uncomfortable when you approach ATM machines. 8. Improve the HUD design to similar to the Corvette C7's design 9. An improved louder exhaust sound similar to the one on the V8 Mustangs.

I think targeting A) Gen Z, B) "Affordable", and C) use as a Daily Driver goes against an awful lot of where the Camaro is and has been focused. It would require essentially shedding pounds and decreasing power output for the sake of economy and that's simply not the segment it has ever really been aimed at (although, with a functional rear seat, it has been aimed more TOWARD that area in the past).

Yeah, I get that. But changing the Camaro into a "two door sedan" is effectively the same as no longer selling it at all.

Perhaps they can turn the Camaro into a small pickup and call it an
"el Camaro". And rather than numerical trim designation the can call the trim levels, A, AA.AAA, C or D.

Agreed, this generation already has a few styling cues from the second generation Camaro (circular tail lights, 2019 fasica loosely resembles split bumper, lots of grille), and it's not received too well.

I only want two things:
1.) For there to even be a 7th gen. 2.) For there to be a 7th gen ZL1. I think in 3-4 years I'd be able to swing a ZL1 and I'd be pissed if they axe it when I can get one. |

Aren't you the guy that just bought a Mustang, and then just traded it for a Camaro..?

Hmmmm... I am trying to see it, but I hate to say that I taste more Corvette than Camaro (with the second Gen). Maybe I haven't been around long enough

Can it be a great track car and not have polarizing styling with comically small windows while having a somewhat functional backseat and trunk? I'd say so. |

I wish for that, the 4th gen had large windows and a usable backseat and the liftback. I'd love another liftback, the trunk is the biggest joke on this car, my friends and I get a kick out of it

If the rumors of the 6th Gen being extended to 2026 are true, then we will both be able to get one before the Camaro dies.
