Any recommendation on catless downpipe brands? I dont see a catless listed on ZZP's website. PLM (private label mfg) has one for $195, but I am not as familiar with them and the review only has one review, but it was positive.

Also, is there an issue with having a larger TB?

So here is where I am as a "Stage 1" starting point:

-Larger TB (I know WookWook, but I am stubborn in this regard, LOL): ZZP
-TB Spacer (doing this so I can eventually add a MW kit, but doing it now while I have the TB off and changing it): ZZP
-Charge Pipe: Injen
-E85/FlexFuel conversion: ZZP
-Catted Down Pipe: ZZP
-Recirculation Valve: JacFab/BNR
-Coopers Camaro Tune w/ HP Tuner.

Waiting on Black Friday to buy this stuff as recommended by STM.

This is probably 80% of all I will ever do anyway. At some point I will add a Cat back exhaust, an intercooler, catch can, ZZP Big Wheel Turbo, and possibly a MW kit. I will stop at the point where the HP will get to where I have to worry about the stock internals.

Any other suggestions/ advice?
I'm new and I have a naive question: Is there any major difference between the Injen intercooler pipes and the others I can find on ebay (e.g. IP-081 Aluminium....)?

In my experience with ebay parts you can get some pretty sketchy stuff that dont last.

Ebay PLM brand seems to be solid on a catless..Catless will continue to become harder to get as time passes.. Along with MANY automotive staples...

Skip the TB... You will not exceed 600WHP...

Thanks, I will skip the TB.

I emailed ZZP and they said they stopped making the catless downpipe. I haven't even seen PLM listed on ebay, I just stumbled on their website trying to find a catless downpipe.

one thing that sucks with this downpipe though is you have to fabricate your own gaskets as it won't reuse the factory type gaskets like the more expensive brands. The flange on the back side was also a little crooked because of the welding so i had to buff it out to make it straight so it would seal and not have a leak.

in case you didn't know there is a huge black market for catalytic converters. seems the source metals are spiking in price. be sure to retain your original. ZZP probably got hit with an EPA cease order.

Did you or will you build your engine (Rods, pistons, cams, valve springs, head studs)? I was looking at doing a turbo upgrade myself but everything I've read says a turbo upgrade with everything else I already have would push my engine internals beyond their limit.

I have not, and I had not planned on it. At least not in the near future. Talking with Coopers Camaro, with what I am doing there is no need too. maybe in the future I will go a bit more raddical with the build so I will pull the motor and go with rods, pistons, cam, port polish head, valve springs, etc.
