They had to adjust my taxes, they originally had it for NJ state tax, but needed to drop that and charge NY state tax, which was a bit higher unfortunately.

After my down payment I financed $36K. The $6k saving was the price only, so reduced from original MSRP.

I thought the red calipers were standard on the 1le. They didn't charge me on my 2018.

Yes, 1LE package has the larger Brembo with red calipers and 1LE decals on the caliper. Other packages/trims the red calipers are options depending.

For 2021 maybe? It was part of the 1LE package on my 2020. Wheels, Brembo 6 piston (red with 1LE decals) Eagle F1 tires, etc. It was not an option, it was the package. I did see 1LE package on an RS at the dealer and it had black calipers, brakes were smaller as well.
So maybe only on SS 1LE packages? But it was there, not an option.

I was pretty sure it was still part of the 1le package. The ss 1le at bridgewater chevy in Jersey has an extra charge of $395. It's weird because most of them don't have it like that.

Maybe.... I looked at 2 for sale on Chevrolet.com and neither had it. They might be "stock" photos and not of the actual car.

Weird. When I clicked options on Chevy website before searching inventory, the 1LE package added the red Brembo calipers. There was also no mention/charge of it outside of being part of the package itself, and they showed in website "rendering" of the car I optioned out.
I also was definitely NOT charged extra for them, it was part of the $7K package I was already paying for. I have the full options and price breakdown for my car, red calipers are part of the 1LE package, at least on my 2020 1SS 1LE, paperwork says so, the website when I was searching said so.

They change something like that in mid year? Odd.....

When you click through with the 1LE package it deletes the red painted calipers. That is an option that gets removed. 1LE package removes several other options by defalut, that is one of them.
