I have had my Chevy CPO 18 RS Convertible for 6 months now, picked it up with 5.5k miles on it. Had the dreaded shimmy in the torque converter. Took it to the dealer and they bent over backwards to fix it, then the service manager gave me a checkup call a month later to make sure it was still good. Love the car.

At 7000 miles, my 16 also showed a 22mpg average since new. It's been absolutely flawless. Zero issues at 23k miles, even with all the mods.
