In all seriousness though, I'm upset with the current state of things, but still excited for my order. I'm hoping and expecting that it is worth the wait.

How many months do you have left on the lease you signed? Have you made any progress with GM Financial? What is their position on the matter? Have you sought out legal counsel? What was their position on the matter? Maybe go to the local media to put story out there (be aware, you're going to take some heat for signing papers without taking delivery of vehicle). See how many interviews you can get. Maybe it gets picked up by national news. You think the local dealership and GM want that kind of publicity? You need to accept the fact that YOU are in this situation because YOU signed on the line which is dotted. Did the dealership hold a gun to your head and make you sign? Other than that, it does not matter one bit what the dealership said or did. Questionable, shady or sketchee what the dealership said and did? Absolutely! Everyone on this board would agree with that. Beyond that, YOU signed on the line which is dotted. "Woe is me" is the worse thing you can do. Get motivated. Embrace the suck and make the most of your situation.

I really don't care when it gets here, just damn glad I am fortunate enough to get one of the last ICE Camaros. This is the Camaro I wanted GM to build back in the late 80s (big engine, manual transmission, leather). I've waited 35ish years, what is a few more months.

If you're just looking for an LT1, they had alot in this area the problem was some of them had an unecessary amount of options. CA got screwed in 2020 too because of the whole copper brakes mess, which further reduced supply. I've been wanting to buy one since I sold my miata in late 2020, but it will be worth the wait. Go test drive some at carmax to re light the fire lol.
