996 RWHP Camaro SS A8 dyno pull
Quick video of @6thgenmike 's 2016 SS A8 on the dyno - 416ci with TVS2300R and Rotofab on E85
https://youtu.be/VwiTp7TLVmA Unfortunately the newfound power was a bit too much for the drive-train and failed the rear and trans before completing a pass. The rear locked up - split the transmission completely in half - and caught fire at the starting line setting off side airbags before it could be contained.  Fortunately, after significant mourning, counseling, and peer support groups, Mike has responded with resilience and dedication to rebuilding and making passes in his car - we'll be waiting to see this thing fly!

Happy to see the numbers were finally released “publicly”.

Those are some stout numbers. I know Mike is bummed out, I talked to him while he was at the track and man when he told me what happened I thought WTF? How can so many bad things happen with this car. He won't give up and one day he'll make that low 9 second pass he's been trying to get. You go Mike. See you in a few weeks.

Axles and driveshaft were not stock. The rest of the driveline is, stock A8 and diff.
