I mean if your warranty is void anyway...you're spending almost as much as a centri would cost...different strokes I guess.

Why the comment anyway?

This is off topic but NA is NOT the "almost the same price". NA is far more dependable, NA has far far far less stress on the drivertrain, Neither NA nor boost can hook on street tires to like 75 MPH or more, OO wear DRs not withstanding. For the most part NA mods work with boost... It is getting a little tiresome on just about any non-boost thread... um just get boost same price.... not. Heck this is a boost thread... crazy..

Bout the same price I spent on my Heartbeat with no intercooler. I love my Maggie but also considered Sledges route also. I think they are both good options, just a matter of choice.

The post clearly is about a cam (and head) install to setup for a supercharger.. so maybe your post should be related to the topic

But please continue I personally love, and find it very fulfilling and educational to read a why don't you just supercharge it on EVERY head and cam post ever put to this "forum".

I wonder if resetting the battery would've helped your ECU when you swapped TBs?

Okay!

I stopped by Cunningham Motorsports today as they mentioned the car would be ready to fire up for the first time with everything done. I have a massive box of all the stock parts and the engine bay looks almost stock, unless you know where to look for the flex fuel. But climb underneath and the Stainless Works long tubes show up like stars in the sky.

As my build will be getting a pro-charger, we spec'ed the cam for the FI build. So the upfront gains may not be as much as you would see in a typical N/A setup. That being said, even without a base line tune the car sounds amazing. New headers smoked as expected and the car seems to be running smooth.

I hope to see the baseline and dyno tune applied tomorrow and should have results to share a few days after.

Enough rambling, here are some pics. Note: I was asked not to record the first startup for a million reasons, so I didn't record it ;(.

Box of old parts:

My new 5 gal bottles filled with E85

I swear it just has a CAI

Flex Fuel:

Stainless Works confirmed

Collectors of Awesomeness

Tight fit driver side

Yup, tight fit passenger side

I can never get enough of this type of shot.
