Start up in a video sounds almost exactly the same as the start of the NPP exhaust. Now 6k rpm rev might be way different.

I love the sound of the muffler delete with straight pipe. I would love to see if someone did this while putting the NPP valves back on with remote function. Just for early morning starts to quiet her down just a bit.....

Watched a handful of videos.. Just deleting the mufflers w/out touching the secondary cats sounds awesome.
The only downfall is that if you have NPP, you will probably lose that function. For warranty, if anything happens just weld the stock mufflers back on to avoid the hassle |

Crazy question here, I want to do the same but will the exposed bottom of your gas tank a concern?

Muffler deletes are a nice, cheap way to get more sound. But honestly IMO, I think you should just save up for a nice set of axle backs, or a cat-back.

Spent $45 on 2 90* mandrel bends and achieved the same thing as a $400 straight axle-back. Sounds great and is still actually pretty quiet in the car cruising

I think I am doing this within the next few weeks. I have the non-NPP exhaust.

Sounds mean. The muffler delete is the way to go. Just got to find a shop in my town that does quality custom bends.
