Having owned a 2013 Mustang GT Premium and then driving the latest version, it was obvious to me the 2011 - 2014 were a tad more powerful than the latest version of the Mustang. While the HP was 15 less, the earlier versions weighed less. Below is a video of the 2011 GT compared against typical rivals and it ran 4.3 in the 0-60 and 12.7 in the quarter mile. The 2013 / 2014 Mustangs added 5 more HP. I bought it because of the value and performance over the 5th Gen Camaro. Enter the 6th Gen, had to trade my Mustang in and could not be happier although the stereo system was better in the Mustang!
