Added some color to the hood liner
Decided I wanted to add some color to the hood liner, was going to make my own panels but found a great deal and bought a set in red/white/blue
Took almost 8 weeks for them to get here and when they did one piece had a scratch so I decided since I wasn't really happy with the colors they used I would redo them myself. Now I have a heavy metallic red/blue and a bright white center panel. Just sprayed clear coat over the whole thing, once dry it will be back on the car.

looks good my hood line is so jacked up from car wash places and my air intake probably need to replace it lol

Our underhood area on these cars could be better. Adding some color like what you have done definitely improves the looks. Keep on modding.

That will look nice with the hood up at the shows.
What are the made of? Plastic? Metal? I'm wondering how easily they could be cut from a hard piece of ABS as a total DIY... Hmmm... |

so i am trying to do the same but want to replace my hood liner because it got ruined in a couple of spots...
but i can not find where to order the hoodliner looks like if i order it from gm it does not come with the vent holes cut out? any body have this issue, or know where to buy one? i have a 2018 2ss 1le
