NEED OPINIONS ON WHEELS

Now that my factory WHEELS are wrapped in Toyo R888R's for the track, I need a new set of WHEELS for daily driving.

Looking at the HRE FF04's...

My ZL1 is Nightfall Grey with the Rally Stripe and 1LE Wing.

Was thinking the Tarmac color but it's too Flat...

Deep Sea with that Dark Blue looks like it might be amazing...

Or Sasparilla... Or Gloss Black...

I just need my fellow members to give me some opinions...

Should be a Photo of my car attached sans Rear Wing

Thanks as always Gents...

HRE's are a nice wheel for sure. What's your budget? I do a few hundred sets of wheels a year between forged and flow formed etc. I designed a modern Rally wheel that I'm cutting the first set in 21x10 and 21x12 for my ZL1 right now. I'll have them on by the end of Dec for a show first week of Jan. Right now it's just sitting on the 20/15" Welds. Here is our 15" kit with MT 325s and color match calipers

I also have a set of black chrome Forgestars for it in Pirelli Corsa 305/315s if I recall. Probably less than 500 mi on them if you're interested.

HRE’S are overpriced, IMO. Look at
Stance
Vertini forged
Rohanna
MMR

If you haven’t seen the thread I started this week, I just swapped out the stock wheels for some liquid metal FF04s.

http://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=514750

I think a set of liquid metal FF04s would look kick-ass with night fall gray.

Personally, I would option the IPA finish, but of course everyone is going to have their personal preference for what finish they feel looks best, but IPA tends to work on almost every color car.

Here's a couple photos of FF04's done in Deep Sea though, so you can take a look at these and see if that's something you'd like to go with:

Got mine on order. Carbon hub/Carbon lip/Matte Black center. 3.5 inch lip. Deep concave. Incurve makes some sick wheels. At the end of the day, most wheel brands use the same manufacturing process and finishes so. It really boils down to the style you like. ^ Obviously that is about a 4 to 5 inch lip, so mine won't be that aggressive, but you get the idea. I wanted some depth.

For that style TSW you can run 305s all the way.. have option to rotate.. get the 27mm offset w a 3M spacer in front or just barely grind shock mount. Add the zl1 add on fender liner flaps they stick out a tad nothing crazy plus 1300.00 or lower.. pics are of 2 styles I though looked the best w 27mm 19x10.5

BC Forged has some pretty nice styles. Here’s my gray ZL1 with matte black wheels so you have an idea of how that looks.

Now those are really nice! I like a nice dish on rims! I'd cop these in a silver or polished aluminum finish. Something shiny to set off my black ZL1!!

I liked the look of the HRE FlowForm wheels on your car so much that I ended up buying a set for my ZL1.

Could I ask a favor?
I'm about to buy some lowering springs. Could I bother you guys to list what brand springs you used if any? It seems a some.brands sit lower in the rear than the front which seems odd.
