Warm around the legs when driving 130kph/80mph
When driving on the highway around 130kph/80mph, the area around my legs start warming up. 6th gear, steady speed.
Is this normal? I don't smell anything burning and my oil temps say 90c. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've not "warmed my legs" yet, but I've had quite the clinching of the sphincter when passing a police officer at that speed.
(Sorry, couldn't resist). If you have the blower set to come out multiple locations (floor, dash, defrost, or all three), it will blow warmer air on your feet and cooler air on your face. I've noticed many of my past cars do this (I'm pretty sure I read some where that it is intentional, a comfort thing knowing most people don't want the cold A/C on their feet for extended periods of time). I think higher speeds tend to push the warm air in a bit more than lower speeds, like the above post mentioned, just passive air venting. I turn off the lower vents if I'm on a longer trip, as the temperature disparity seemed to get greater the longer I'm on the road. (I'll either turn them off, or turn off everything but the lower vents, depending on the desired temperature adjustment). |

Happens to mine as well. If you set it into recirculate mode, it closes off the vents for outside air and seems to prevent this from happening.
