State of tires after ~900 miles/10.5 hours of tracktime

Over 5 days. 2 at CMP, and 3 at VIR. This is with -2.2 F, and -1.6 R. Tires were rotated once after CMP, and again after 1 day at VIR full. The last 2 days (VIR Full, VIR North) were done w/o switching. Looking at the state of the left's I should have switched sides for my final day at VIR. Cold pressures ~28PSI, Hot ~34-38 from what I saw throughout the weekend. Mileage on these tires also include 1500 mile break in + 700 miles of regular driving.

In order LF, RF, RR, LR
ps. sorry you have to also see my feet

The inside of the fronts got worn well, I don't have camber plates so this is what I'm stuck at.

The alignment is the one on the bottom of this page. The before is factory settings.

Too much camber. I’ve seen you drive and you are running hard. So not surprised by the wear with that much camber. Pretty normal from what I see on this forum. Great for max lap time, not great for longevity.

I wear out the outsides of mine, but I’m running the street spec which is your before measurement. I’m having mine adjusted next week to get more even wear. I’m replacing my fronts after 6 track days and maybe 100 street miles. The outsides are almost corded for me. I’ll give up some lap time for better wear. I’ll see what the shop recommends, but I’m guessing about -1.75 on the fronts.

I've gone with the track alignment specs and getting even tire wear after 7 track days. Not beating the tires to death at every corner, but at least half to 2/3 of them. And still have lots of tread left.

But I'm running stock parts except for break fluid and in the intermediate /advanced intermediate group so maybe you guys are just running harder.

So I think my biggest mistake was not rotating tires for my last day with CHIN at VIR. The insides and outsides aren't too different. CHIN gives a lot of tracktime and I spent the entire time running as hard as I could. The left front took a beating and is showing the cords on the inside. If I had rotated them they would have lasted a bit longer.

My tires in the end lasted 5 trackdays, but 1 of those trackdays was with CHIN where I had 3 hours and 10 minutes of tracktime in 1 day. Compare that with NASA that was 3 hours 20 minutes in 2 days. And again to compare that with HOD which I had 4 hours 10 minutes. So I can essentially say that my tires lasted roughly 6 trackdays if you go by NASA/HOD track time. I could have gotten 1 more day if I rotated them correctly.

It's a bit odd that you are wearing out the left front inside faster than outside if you are cornering hard. How many G's are you typically pulling in turns?

Trackaddict is saying typically between 1 and 1.2 with peak at 1.35. If it's not supposed to be wearing the inside that much it could be a tire pressure issue. But I've been usual always aiming for 34 to 36 hot.

That’s a good bit of track time. I’d agree that you definitely need to rotate them. I rotated mine depending on the track (left/right). Some tracks are harder on tires than others depending on the surface. I’ll be at Roebling in April and will likely rotate mine each day. That track will wear some tires out.
