I was active on Camaro5 from 2009 to about 2016. I have always enjoyed talking shop here.

I have been 'Sans Camaro' since late 2017, but I am excited to report that I will be ordering my 4th Camaro - my 1st Gen 6 - in the coming days.

Congrats! I have a 2018 V6 myself as my daily driver. It's really a nice compromise of price, power, and economy. I got mine for about 27k brand new. Hard to beat that price point for what you're getting

Ordered cars are typically at MSRP less any GM deals available at the time of delivery.

I've had local dealers come off 1500ish for ordered cars, but that for a ZL1

I am a little slow getting back to this thread with an update - been busy.

I placed the order as planned on 1/24/2021.

As of today the order is 3400 Status with a TPW of 3/1. So she should be built sometime next week.

I expect to see her here in MN by late March.

Built yesterday. The VIN is in my signature.

Shipping seems to be somewhat spotty right now so I’m hoping to have it in 2 to 3 weeks.

NOOOO!!!! I ordered my 2020 2SS back in November of 2019, 3 dealers told me I HAD to pay MSRP (minus any incentives) ONE of them even told me it was GM's "Rule" (and any dealer NOT requiring you to pay MSRP was "risking" their dealer license!), I had 3 other dealers willing to deal... I ended up paying about 10% BELOW MSRP ($48,815 MSRP and paid about $44,000) for my ORDERED Camaro 2SS... Anyone telling you you have to pay MSRP is full of BS... Just look for a dealer willing to sell you the car... I ordered mine fairly early in the model year so it wasn't and end of the year deal either...
