Has anyone seen the Shock color in person?

I’ve seen it online & in the Literature only.

Not sure what to think of it yet.

Yes, yes I have indeed. It's hard to explain, you just know.

This is the first picture I took of it, driving back to VA after picking it up in Detroit.

I've seen it, and the picture above captures it pretty well. It's very tennis-ball-yellow but with a hint of greenish in there. Definitely neon highlighter bright, but does look cool if you want a super-bright car.

I have had people refer to it as more green then yellow. To me it’s more of a yellow highlighter colour. The lighting conditions do affect the colour.

Yes and it’s a very bright color! Actually I would call it quite shocking!

Shock is not a true yellow, but it’s one of my favorites along with Red Hot and Satin Steel Gray Metallic. It does have a slight green cast and changes color a little in different lights. The photos here are accurate representations of the true color. My only question about this color is would the novelty of it wear off after a couple of years, since it looks like the next new Camaro I buy will be the last one?

On the daily.

As others have said, it varies on the light.

I have seen it yellow, a yellow with a hint of green, and a "toxic ooze" green with absolutely no yellow.

I also know everyone loves the color (including the cops). You WILL be noticed.

Sweet!

So they changed the filler door or was that an option?

Bright yellow attracts a lot of attention as it is.

Personally I refer to it as a green-ish yellow but yeah, it's a very fun game of "is this car green or yellow?" My registration says the car is yellow.

Either way, it's a very popping colour and like others, I frequently get asked about it at gas stations. Very attention-grabbing, which is good or bad depending on the situation.

Very unique color. I don’t like to stand out so not my first choice. But I think it’s a very bold look and especially awesome in those 1LE pics.

I think it looks better in person than it does in pictures, as others have said it's the most attention-grabbing Camaro color. It looks best on the 1LEs with the matte black accents.

I may be alone in this, but Shock and Orange Crush both have a "paleness" to them that I do not like. The colors in some ways are washed out or muted instead of popping or looking bold. I guess I don't know enough about colors so I can't exactly describe this. For example, I'm watching Indycar right now and Pagenaud's car pops in a way that Shock should (I realize these are different colors but it's a good example of the difference). Does anyone else see this or know what I mean? This bugged me enough to not go with Orange Crush when I ordered my 2019, but I'm very happy with my color choice.
