I was able to install the led boards without taking the headlights (glass) apart! It is possible to install the kit from the back of the headlight! Not easy, but definitely easier than taking the permasealed glass off. If i'm bored one day I might put an install video together, or post tips with pictures...
Love the new look!  Just waiting for Diode Dynamics to come out with a lower kit for the ZL1.

It would be great if you posted pics and tips on how to do it without having to open the headlights for the installation, as this is the only reason I am not buying these led boards.
