The CTek MULTI US 3300 is what comes up as a Camaro charger at West Coast Camaros. It is a 4-step 2Ah-90Ah and has several modes including AGM. Can anyone recommend this or another model?
Thanks https://smartercharger.com/battery-chargers/#CTEK Multi US 3300

So where do I find this mystical charger that came with our cars? Is it supposed to be in the foam cutout in the trunk above the compressor kit? Looks like a spot for one, but mine's empty. Guess that's what happens when the car sits in the showroom for 3 months.

OK, thanks. I bought it off the showroom floor. I don't recall seeing it on the window sticker. Probably wasn't ordered with it. I'll have to look at the build sheet to make sure.

Yeah, not a standard part. Your dealer can get you one, or you can order from ThatGMPartsGuy.com

My Tender "leads" are connected to the Posts under the hood. In the warm summer, the car has sat for 2+ weeks with no Tender attached, and has started fine. However, when I place it in Winter Storage, I connect the Tender right away and leave it plugged in until the Spring. I do the same with my Harley and have never had an issue in 20+ years........

I ordered a Ctek 3300 from amazon since my present tender I got in 2008 doesn't have a mode setting for AGM batteries. Thanks!

Can one of you guys who ordered the battery tender with you car confirm whether or not it goes in this space circled in the trunk? It is a question in another thread.

If you want you can leave the tender there but that's not how it comes from the factory if ordered with the car. Chevy/Camaro tender comes with a storage pouch that you can keep wherever you wish.

I’m surprised some of you guys dick around with the battery in the trunk when you can just hook up a battery tender to the connections under the hood. Unless, could there be any problems hooking it up that way ??

There is no problem using the terminals under the hood.
