I have saw a video of an A8 vette with trans brake. It used the paddle shifters as the BUMP and brake. pretty cool but i dont think i need all that to crack a 9. I think a little practice and adjusting the 4-5 shift will get me there.

I talked to my tuner, hes going to get me back on the dyno to adjust the 4/5 shift at WOT in Drive. I'm hoping he can get me over there in the next two weeks.

Just read the whole thread Choda. Loved it! Easy mid 9 when you get it to 60. A friends old Mustang was 9.75 @ 138 with mid 1.30's 60 so you know it's gonna happen easily. Sure enjoyed the read sir! See you on PT. Ricks still working on my twins for the '16.

Hey man. Small world. Yeah I need to stay away from rick until I have successfully reached my goal w this car. Then I’ll probably turbo my truck again.

Swapped back to a 15’ deck from the 18’ to drop the dead space and regain that 3 foot in my driveway. Much better. Fit for the car and my house, garage, pull through,...etc

Cool, looks good. I always liked the extra length for boxes and fuel, etc. I've had some 18' and 24' enclosed and this 20' was the best one I've owned. Probably will never pull a steel trailer after having an aluminum Sundowner. Different fits for all for sure.

My 15' has a Curb Weight 1831 lbs. Id guess my trailer is lighter than your Aluminum 20 footer. I'm not worried about the weight. I tow with an 2018 6.2 silverado with the tow package. I swapped to the shorter trailer because of the room I have around my driveway, house and garage. That 3 foot made a huge dif in parking and moving it around. I also never carry gas, tools, wheels, whatever. If I ever need to carry anything besides the car, it goes in my truck bed.

I think mine was under 1800, seems like the shipping weight was under 1600 lbs but I added a spare and the boxes so it was probably about the same weight as yours. If that fits your bill better that works, wasn't in anyway knocking it but I just wanted the extra room since we usually traveled further for racing and stayed all night and wanted to be able to haul extra stuff in the boxes including fuel. I miss my 6.2, I bought a new 2020 GMC elevation with 5.3 and 10 speed. The 6.2 was just a killer tow package compared to the 5.3. So don't get rid of yours.

Won a local True Street class at an old air way. Traction was close to a bare road. It felt like the transmission wasn't shifting but it coulda been traction. I'm heading to the 1/4 again this Friday to see if it hits all the gears fine and I'll also use the 2 step.
