Rate your happiness/satisfaction.
On a scale of 1 to 10.. 10 being the greatest car you have ever owned. I'm still on the fence. Considering 2019 SS 1LE but these things are not all that practical and don't seem to hold their value. A blast to drive I'm sure but no cargo space, no trunk and no useable backseat etc etc. I understand all that but would this car be your choice if given the option again? I think I can pick one up for $37-38k. Can you believe I still go back n forth between this and the civic typeR Yes, Apples and Oranges.. Thanks

The ONLY thing that makes me even have slight regret is the crappy A8 transmition.

You're buying a "TRACK CAR" a "RACE CAR" if you will. If you want features like a big trunk or cargo space or a back seat, then find another car. If you want things like listed above with a bit of pep go find yourself a nice used SS. Let's be real for a minute and not lie to ourselves, I didn't buy my 1LE to be practical, I actually traded in my functional 16 SS sedan for this unpractical machine. My wife didn't buy her Grand Sport to be practical, we have other things for that. You buy this car because you have a LOVE for the Camaro, a LOVE for one of the best performance cars you can reasonably buy on the market, or because you made an impulse decision on a Friday night and wake up Saturday to regret it. This is the BEST sports car I've ever owned, from my SS sedan to my multiple STI's, to my neighbors Civic Type R I wouldn't change a thing. Get the Civic Type R because the 1LE choses it's owners and If you were destined to own one you wouldn't even be questioning which one to choose. (The 1LE is by far the better car between a CTR and the 1LE, and who cares about value I didn't by my 1LE to tuck in every night and read a bed time story hoping in 20 years it would get me a full refund. Enjoy what you buy!) |

The only complaint on my 17SS is the lack of console storage.

11/10 for me.
I know what I want and what I was getting into and didn't have any stupid unreal expectations like storage space, back seat space, 360 degrees visibility, big trunk, blah, blah, blah, wah, wah, wah. I couldn't be happier with the car. |

This, 100%. I comparison shopped the Mustang GT, SRT392 Charger, and the Camaro. The Camaro beat them all, hands down. I was originally going to get a HBM, but when I saw the Fifty in person, I knew it was the one. I had the dealer search the local inventory to find the one with all of the options I wanted, and that's all she wrote.

The 1LE chooses it's owners.... The 1LE is not some mythical car, it's a 1SS with a few options and black sticker on the hood. Take your meds man.

I'm being funny I'm not sure who pisses in you're cheerios every morning, but every post I see you make I feel like you just have a stone cold attitude about life in general. Drink a beer at 5 and lighten up. |
