Alignment issue

Just got a 2018 v6 1le a few months ago, have about 4k miles on it. I was having an issue with alignment,(car pulls right when steering wheel at center) so i took it to firestone and had it fixed. Everything was good for about a week or so and then today I noticed that when the wheel is center, the car pulls to the right. When I had the alignment done i made sure they also aligned the steering wheel. So I'm wondering why its out of alignment again..anyone else have this issue?

Thanks

I had a similar issue in that the steering wheel was not properly centered after alignment. The car wouldn't pull when I let go of the wheel, it was an offset problem, perhaps that's what you're experiencing.

The tech at the dealership did a simple readjustment (the service manager actually called me to come sit in the car while it was on the lift and let them know what I felt was the best centering), and it's been fine since then.

They may have not tightened the alignment bolts enough so they slipped out of position. I'd go back have them correct it

Dealer was still trying to charge me. ended up going back to firestone. They only made minor adjustments this time. So we'll see if it works.

Had the alignment checked by firestone, they adjusted the wheel but after a long drive on the freeway, the wheel is back to being off center again. Any ideas???

I have the same issue. I feel like it happened after I moved the steering wheel a bit while the engine was off. Could just be a coincidence. I tried to get the dealer to fix it with less than 7500 miles on it, but they said nothing was wrong. All they did was drive it down the road. They never put it on the rack. Tried to get in touch with the service manager, but he never returned my messages.
