$50K is a good price. $48K is great price in my opinion. You've got plenty of drivetrain warranty left.

Unbelievable you can buy a car with so many capabilities for that price.

You should jump on it!

check the carfax and make sure the car drives OK. Any extended warranty even though it has the remainder of the factory warranty?

$50k is a great price on, though it certainly wouldn't hurt to get another set of eyes on it (trusted mechanic)

Well Gas, have you decided to get it yet? I checked the Carfax on it and seems like everything about the car is good to go!

Having 3 owners in only 3 years and that low amount of miles is what worries me. You know that car was beat on. I mean, it can handle it, but I can only imagine how much fun the previous owners had. Especially if they knew they were getting rid of it in a short amount of time. I know I might come off as a bit of a snob but I wouldn't want to buy one of these if it had only 1 previous owner. Not a $50K vehicle. The price is very tempting. But I personally would not go thru with it. I would at least try to find one with only one previous owner for around the same price. Three different owners is three too many people with different mindsets on how these cars should be treated.

Now if you have the "drive it like you stole it" mentality, and if you don't care much about break-in periods.procedures, and if you are planning to rip it from the start, then I say go for it. Because if so then it really wouldn't matter what the other owners did anyway.

Couldn’t agree more. Be cautiously optimistic, but vet this cars history thoroughly before purchase.

Not everyone loves the ride quality of the ZL1 1LE. I don't think 3 owners is particularly crazy considering. Hell it would be normal for many Ferraris and the like.

This is very likely what happened. I love the car, but don't blame anyone for hating it.

Chances are the car is fine. The first one bought it and was scared to death because they lost control. The next one bought it on a whim and then bought a Mustang because they could not see out of the back window. The 3rd one was too fat and could not get in after they gained too much weight.

I would pay for a CarFax. I see the dealer has a link for it on there website. However, in the past, Ive found more info listed on the one I paid 45.00 dollars for then the free one the dealer has posted. It could of been fluke, but, I always pay the 45.00. Its hard to really see a maintenance tree other than what a dealer does and reports. My biggest concern wouldnt be as much about it having three owners, or even the maintenance side of it, it would be collision work. I always stayed away from cars that had reported body damage. You never know what your going to get with those. Otherwise, alot of times the eye test says alot. If the car looks good to you. Buy it, I think you would be ok. Its a deal If everything checks out.
