SS sway cars versus 1LE sway bars?

Does anybody know how much stiffer/different the 1Le sway bars are over the standard SS bars? Making the assumption they are but by how much?

There are detailed threads/posts on this.

Basically, consider 20-30% stiffer.

FEA front bar is softer than an FE3 (SS) bar. Rear FEA is stiffer than FE3, but I never compared to an FE4 rear.

The SS1LE/ZL1 are about 50% stiffer than the ZLE and are the biggest front and rear OE options.

Ok great info.... now are they both adjustable? Or is it just the rear?

The SS1LE/ZL1 bars are not adjustable. The ZLE rear bar is. I'm not 100% sure but I remember the front ZLE is not adjustable.
