i didnt put higher octane gas in it because to get 100 you have to call some bs number and pay a billion dollars.

91 was 7 a gallon, and i burned at least 3/8 of a tank per session.
i think the 100 was double per gallon.

I have some torco here, but I did not bring it.

Wonder how much power is lost with 91 octane at high temps?

Has anyone tried putting a few gallons of e85 in with a full tank of 91 and data logged it? Also does anyone have any track alignment sheets to share of their ZLE? Thanks!

that or I need more octane and timing was pulled?
I ran 91 in it..

Im not concerned with the lap times; every single lap involved a pass, or wait on another driver (pass only on straights).

10 mph lost down the front straight at the same track with the same driver and exit speed in a lighter car (with a slightly higher power to weight ratio) doesnt make sense to me.

im kind of thinking I should dyno it.
I would think it should be around 530 at the wheels stock?
I tend to agree with the sentiment that the 91 octane gas was making the car lose power. The stock LT4 tune seems hinky already, and putting crap gas in probably does not help things. From my point of view, it would be worth trying it again with 100 octane unleaded in the tank. According to Jannetty Racing, 100 octane gains power noticeably over 93 octane on a stock LT4. This test would keep your warranty intact, as you would still have a stock engine and the stock tune.
