Heads up display power?

I just picked my car up the HUD worked the whole ride home. I started it in my driveway in the dark now and the HUD is gone? Wondering if there is an on/off button I may have hit while messing with stuff.

Try moving the HUD positioning, up or down. I've had the HUD disappear on me, only to find out it was set to the bottom most position.

My entire dash had to come up to fix a bent connection that was causing my HUD to be "off". Hope it isn't that.

I've seen at least 2-3 people on these forums report a dead HUD as one of the more rare but possible defects on the 2016 Camaro. See:

http://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=434377
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=296162
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=212491

One person said it just required resetting the computers via battery disconnect, but two people had their dealerships confirm the HUD had actually failed under warranty. Good luck.

Same thing happened to me. Found out the brightness was just turned all of the way down.
