And yes, BC Customs with Swift springs and custom valving to match the springs.
Really looking forward to getting them on the Camaro.
Talked to your buddy today.

Really nice guy and the shocks seem good. My only concern is they dont have both rebound and compression adjustment.

if it means I spend a little more, it's worth it.

I hear what you're saying. Personally, I've found that too much adjustability is a waste for me, as long as the shocks are valved properly for the springs and I can adjust the dampening for daily comfort to canyon control. The BC's combine compression and rebound into the single dampening adjuster. For me, that's good.

I used to race offroad and dealt with VERY adjustable suspension. Multiple compression tubes and rebound along with valving run in a bypass, etc. I did all of it. And it sucks.

And those are really nice coilovers. Pfadt makes some of the best on the market for the Camaro. But they also come with a fairly steep price point. You get what you pay for.

I'm looking forward to seeing what they come out with.

I'm still most likely going with the BC Customs though. Really happy with them on another platform.

As with all products, different levels of performance = more $$$.
The B/C product would offer enough performance improvement for most enthusiasts that would indulge in track events at a 'entry' level price.
Those that need higher levels of performance have the option to purchase products that offer that with the associated costs.

There will always be something better, but the skill required to make use of the higher end products isn't always there.
For myself, I understand that my skill level on a track doesn't require a set of $4000 coilovers, $2000 in chassis upgrades, $4000 in brakes or a set of $5000 wheels.

Good to see options, let's hope they cover all the bases from basic to the extreme performance user.

the reviews I've read for the BC's when used on the track - the reviews are not very favorable. One review actually showed a significantly slower lap time with the BC's versus another shock (billstein, I think). BC's were something like 4 seconds slower per lap.

That's huge. People in the wheel and tire section are trying to get a 2 second increase with different wheels and tires - which can cost every bit as much as coil overs.

If I'm going to go through the time and expense of doing this - it's better to do it right, the first time.

something I've seen over and over again is people focus on looks before performance. Talking about "stance" and "tire gap" and a bunch of bullshit. Maybe those are the people who buy low end suspension products and end up happy with them? I'm not sure.
