If you can see the exhaust on the head you definitely have a exhaust leak. I have taken very few headers back from bad flange. Honestly I think check all the bolts are torqued down & gasket is good. If you have a header issue I'll gladly help ya out.

ADM I'm a little bit irritated by your claims. We have tons & tons of people that love our headers & just because we didn't charge $1100 for them doesn't make them a great product.

I will pull the header this weekend. I will check the gasket and retorque everything. I bought and installed the headers last summer, but I will let you know what I come up with. I appreciate the help.

If you've been running for that long & just noticed it you could just need to retorque. I would tighten them up first. See if that fixes it. You will be able to see black wherever it was leaking....
