blows F19 fuse

2016 SS, Installed SC, Headers. (car ran) After tune/dyno. Airbag/TCS light (service) ON.
F19 10amp blown. If replaced, light goes out, but blows shortly after.
Inspected ALL harnesses close to headers, Nothing. (small loom melt on LH O2)
Tuner left No# 4 plug wire loose, ARCING on dyno (and deliveried) I fixed it.
I thought it was a header leak.
Could this have Back feed the system?? (mechanic 30 years) Sensors all on ML amps, HIGH ENERGY BACK FEED???

I wouldn't think there is a high energy back feed condition occurring here. Especially if you have already repaired that condition. Fuse 19 circuit powers all of the supplemental restraint system components, including the SDM, pre-tensioners, Passenger presence modules, and indicators. I would first check and make sure nothing has been added into that circuit, such as your heat exchanger pump wiring or something like that. Then look into normal diag for this circuit. If the wiring for the H/E pump is not visible, simply unplug it and replace the blown fuse, then start the car and see if the fuse opens again.

Interesting thought, pump for inner cooler was added, but has ran on the system. before dyno run. (runs where baby runs) check systems. Dyno ways heavy pulles.
Now codes???
Thanks

Well, seem F19 Airbag and TCS light (systems) are on the same 10A fuse....What???? Ignition on, 30 mins, fuse OK. Start, run in park, 30 mins, fuse OK. Drive 1 mile, lights come on. It's not Airbags, it's TCS. Noise coming out of RR wheel, ASKED dealer mechanic to check, stated he fixed...LOL (good >honest< help is hard to find. Taking bets that it's wheel sensor.....Any takers??

Lets break it down.

Blown fuse is a circuit that is pulling too many amps.
Pulling too many amps could be from a dead short, bad component or bad sensor.

I'd repair that melted loom/connector first. A melted loom can cause a dead short as the insulation is lost between each conductor.

As your Mech buddies if they have the yearly subscription to the electronic version of the repair manuals.

The manuals will have the schematic for that Fuse/Circuit and you'll be able to trace it out and meter all the connections and sensors during the trace. Its a PITA but there's no other option.

Thanks, I took it to the dealer, let them play with it.

Seems the company that installed the headers didn't tie the harness back. It was touching the right header under the coolant tank. (hard to see with tank installed)
Easy to see when you install the header (have to push the harness out of the way)....lol.
