Changed my D3S headlight bulbs to 5500K.
Left is the stock bulb and the right is the Morimoto D3S 5500K XB bulb.

I wanted to do some experimenting with colors and placement on the grills/front bumper. So this is how my car looks right now. Also took everything out of the bumper cover(lights, grills, plastics). Finally found out what holds those chrome strips in by the DRL's.

Got my Black Bowties installed today as well as the all weather floormats, cargo mat and cargo net that came with my car when I bought. They couldn't get put in that day because we were at the dealer so late the service depth closed. Dealer gassed her up with Premium since I had to make the trip.
I love the Black Bowties, and the look they give the car. A little before and after:

Hey forum members – my name is Jake, and I live in southeast Michigan. I ordered my Camaro a few weeks ago and it's at the dealer now, going through some prep. She's hyper blue metallic with the ceramic white interior, so I named her Pitufina (Spanish for Smurfette haha).
Anyway, I want to say thank you for all of your contributions to this thread. I read the whole thing and now I'm stoked to start customizing my ride! One question – has anyone “glossified” the low-gloss black five spoke wheels? I like the wheels, but would like them more if they were a deeper black with more sheen. |

I taught it how to open the garage and put in an iPod classic as a permanent music source. Side by side, blows the iPhone 6s away in terms of sound quality. Makes the Bose system sind good for a stock system.
