Anyone With CompVR's 10's???

Hey are there anyone with CVR 10's 4 Ohm's? I just want to know what amp are you guys running? I heard that a 1000 watt class D amp will fry the subs. So what are you guys running with your subs?

From your statement it sounds like you are running more than one sub and a singe amp. This leads me to believe your are running the amp split between the two subs? if that is the case i dont see how that is an issue especially if you have the subs wired correctly and set the gain right.
K

Edited to add that is a 400wrms sub so depending on the amp, how you wire it and your gain setting. I think you are fine provided you are using more than one sub. Need a little more info.

2 cvr 4 ohm subs, since they are DVC, would be a 1 ohm load on the amp so make sure you have an amp that is 1 ohm stable.

I would run the 10 at about 300 each sub so a zx750 or a dx500 would be the best for it
