I guess it will prob turn out like the G8 GXP, I remember there was a surplus of those sitting at dealers in 2009. Nowadays a decent one will still cost you 30k+, you can find them for sale but the prices are high. I think that's the only GXP worth anything, I was amazed a few weeks back I was poking around on Craiglist looking for new cheap DD options and found a couple Grand Prix GXPS for like $6k.
A 2010 Solstice GXP Coupe should be worth quite a bit. I think only 12 of them built before Pontiac was axed.

Finally saw my first SS "in the wild" this past weekend. We shared a moment passing a slow line of cars at WOT. I didn't recognize it was a SS at first, I saw the Chevy logo then realized how fast it was passing and that it wasn't an Impala, Malibu or Cruze...

Very much a sleeper! The rear end doesn't scream anything close to "fast", and the front end looks like a mean Malibu with an Audi complex. I'm not a fan of having a fast and sporty LOOKING car, too many aholes on the road (although I'm pleased with how quickly they vanish in the rearview in my lowly LS). Should my financial situation improve and gas prices stay flat, maybe in 3-4 years I'll consider the SS. Who knows what GM will have by then, or if something else won't kick the SS from the budget 'sporty sedan' throne.

SS idea:

SS execution:

This thing looks like something my grandma would drive to church. Very Plain Jane. Sorry GM. A "Grandma-getter" with a 6.2L just doesn't cut it. At least the G8 GXP looked sporty. And close to $50k...

We need to start SS Anonymous.

Hi, my name is GretchenGotGrowl and I love the SS Sedan. I know it hurts those around me, but I can't help myself. This is my first step in a long journey to recovery.

saw one in the show room about a month ago and didn't do any thing for me, then I saw a black one Sunday with some nice chrome wheels and accents. Looked bad ass!
