Who own an SS Sedan?

For the folks that own one. What is your honest opinion? I'm looking at at white one for my wife. She is in love, but I have doubts.

I'm assuming you're asking about the SS sedan?

Love mine -- but I bought what I was looking for. What do you want and what year? So many choices all have great options -- plus the later models have updated feature that those of us with earlier Gen5's are retrofitting...

Yes, the SS four door. My wife has decided that she wants one and my dealer has a white one that has been on the lot for quite a while. For the folks that own one, what are your impressions so far?

Oh the SS sedan sorry. Guy over in our truck forum got one a few months ago. Went from a callaway silverado to the SS and he loves it. He is doing some mods to it

3 weeks in its a great car. Traded out of an Audi S4 and it clearly is lacking in refinement, materials and fit and finish. But hey, it's a Chevy and it's probably the best Chevrolet I've ever driven.

Gas mileage sucks but not much worse than a Camaro SS.

Frankly a lot of car for the money.

And to be clear, the LS3 makes up for pretty much any complaint.

Roomy, reasonably quiet and a rocketship of a sedan. Nuff said.

Thanks for your input. My wife really loves the one we looked at. We didn't get to drive it because it was in the showroom. Probably coming home with it on monday after they dig it out for us to drive. They'very had the car for a pretty long time. So I'm hope to get a decent deal.

ADM Performance already has a package for the SS. I saw and heard the results last week in his shop. Very impressive. But for the love of all that is holy, change the stock mufflers. Contact Andy for details.

I had a auto V6 2LT/RS and I have a manual 2SS/1LE now.

Every time I drive in a city traffic, I wish I had my V6 still. Every time I am on an open road, I wish I never bothered with a V6 in the first place. It's as simple as that

The Chevy SS is not a Camaro.
