NT05 as daily tires?

Saw a few posts but I think most were directed towards the drag radial, but are these a good tire for daily use? I read they have a slightly softer sidewall but curious about general daily use in slightly chilly weather and wet weather? Need some new rear tires and there's a cheap set local to me.

Slightly chilly being down into the 40's. I know they won't stick well when cold but because of this El Niņo going on I don't want to install my winters yet.
