I personally would be running AWAY from that........ Sounds to good to be true, so it probably is........ I got BURNED big time on a set of chrome wheels for my Harley on eBay. I paid $1200 for them, and the bearings were totally shot and the chrome started to peel after 1-year.
I personally would only purchase wheels / rims from a reputable Seller / Vendor.
