Splash Guards (2016-2021) LS, LT, LT1, SS

I see that the GM splash guards are painted and for certain year ranges. Is there a difference in their design (other than just being painted in different colors)? In short, I would kind of like to get a factory set that are unpainted for a 2021 LT1. But, besides that, I am interested in finding out what the differences are between all the part numbers (is it just the paint or is it the design as well?). Fenders, well liners, and quarter panels are all the same part number for 2016-2021. I am not including the ZL1. Thanks
