Yeh I know, the DSX does not turn on the pump till it sees 2 PSI of boost (5 PSI is the standard-setting). I already have a hole, so pure laziness prevents me from capping and putting a hole lower. Let's see if the panel bond works well.

Yep cavitation bubbles are bad: https://www.wired.com/2014/07/absurd...pistol-shrimp/

Thanks for the info guys.

Oldman how much power are you making? Did you do the zl1 intank just to make sure you have a little more insurance? I actually looked at doing the intank pump along with all the hpfp and the injectors but felt like the dsx was the better way to go.

The factory already varies the voltage to the pump so instead of a voltage booster, I went with the DSX also. I misplaced my LT4 hard line to HPFP that is why I'm looking at the AN solution, maybe run the DSX pump supply to the front (instead of T in under the rear seat).

I have an unused LT4 hard inlet line that I bought originally for this install. It is the newer version without the flexible portion. If you want it let me know and I'll get it to you for what I paid.

I know I'm reviving a thread that has been dormant awhile but I was curious if everyone fixed their cavitation issues along with their solutions? I am looking into running a hat type pump replacement into my 6th gen tank and I was wondering the best locations to reduce or eliminate it.

I'd tell you, but you said I don't know anything.
