Suspension is multi link, the shape,size,length of the control arms is an optimized design with many input parameters. The arms are plenty strong strong enough for track abuse what more would you like?

What problems are you having? The Arms easily bend because you are bending them in their weak Axis which is not how it receives load when installed on your car.

The BMR arms are nice but you also have to understand they are likly heavier and if you get in an accident will cause a crap ton of damage to your subframe.

I'd go for a bushing upgrade before an arm upgrade.
