Help with zl1 replica offset.

I'm getting ready to order zl1 replicas for my 2012 ss. I want a square setup. Not staggered
I have 4 brand new toyo proxies that are 275/40/20. So I guess widest I can go is 10 inch wide. What I need is offset help, which looks the best? Don't want to use spacers. Want some poke but don't want to look like a squatted diesel either. Help? Post pics of your setups?

With 20x10's, you would probably want +23 in the front and +35 in the rear.

I have 275/40-20 tires on the front and 305/35-20 in the rear, but I'm running on a staggered setup with 20x9's (+27) and 20x10's (+35)

My front tires are even with the fender and the rears stick out just a bit.

Great looking car. Question. What if I did +40 on the front? And rear? What makes the deeper dish look on the front ? More or less offset?

Also does 275 tires look bad with 10 inch wide rims?

Thanks!! The wheel concavity is a combination of the design of the wheel, overall width, and the offset. I don't think a +40 up front would work...that would bring the inside of the tire almost an inch inward. Plus, it would have the opposite effect in that the wheel would look flatter than the same wheel with a +23 offset.

275/40's are rated for wheel widths in the 9-11" range, so you would be good there.

I'm gonna run 10 inch all around. But what would you recommend offset wise?

23 and 40?
23 and 35?
27? And 35?
23 and 43?

Which combo? I want a little poke but not much

As mentioned before, I'd say +23 for the front, and +35 in the rear. That would be ideal. I believe the "stock"offset on the 10 inch ZL1's is +23, and the rear 11 inch is +43, the Z28's are the same. So +23 and +35 would be what I'd run. The +40 you mentioned for the front will not work at all. The +35 on the rear will give you a bit of "poke" like Bee has. Just my opinion on it. Good luck with your choice.

For a square set up, I run 20X9 +27 on all 4 corners.

Same as you, 275/40/20. I like having more sidewall over the edge of the rim and not stretch a 275 over a 10.

Here are some pics of my 275 on a 10.5, so yours will probably be around this just slightly less stretch

9 is slim by 5th gen standards but I love the amount of poke you have. Killer car. I have not seen people run same offset front and rear. What benefits do you notice?

I can rotate my directional tires from Rear > Front and it helps with tire life.
