Kooks using different type Stainless steel for their headers?

I've seen in a few different forms that Kooks uses 2 different types of stainless for their headers.

Basically if you get regular headers, it's 304. But if you get the ceramic coating option, it's a 409 stainless.

Any confirmation on this? Worth the difference even if you grt the ceramic coating...or get the 304 version and have a place locally coat them?

Edit: called them up and talked with them. They said they use 304 reguardless or coated or not. Idk if it was an older thing or not.
