Digital connection for highend audio system 2018 non Bose

Ok so.... is there a way to get a digital signal from the touch screen or should I just run a completely parallel system form a separate headunit/media player?

I'm planning on a 3 way front set up + 2 12" W6's with active crossovers.... somehow, I would love it if it all worked with the radio and Sirus/XM but if not I'm thinking about what I would do for speakers for a completely parallel system... Pioneer 99PRS-a-pillar mounted tweets and midrange and leave the indash speakers there?
