Full PPF on the front and up the A Pillars - Xpel 'stealth' on the bonnet and gloss on the carbon.

If you search for ceramic coating removal you will come up with clay and polish as methods of removal.

I told my PPF installer this morning not to ceramic coat the 350R. Just PPF, wax and seal.

He said it would run between $1000-$1500 every 3-5 years to reapply the ceramic coating.

Doesn't sound like a reasonable thing for me to spend money on if I maintain the cars regularly like I do during the season and then do a thorough detail and wax every winter.

I'm glad I ran across your post about how you wouldn't ceramic coat again, thank you for sharing that information.
