What exactly has been modified on them and will these fit and work on US spec cars without issues? Might seem basic but I don't know much about these and couldn't find any info.
I'll take them off of you as long as it's a quality easy plug and play piece.

Eure spec side markers have no hole for light bulbs. They're just reflectors. He just drilled holes on the back sides for the light bulbs.
