Hello Camaro6
First, let me say thanks to everyone for all the information and opinions on ride, handling, hardware, pads, fluids, upgrades, etc. Been using the site since 2017. Didn't have much to add until I got some first hand experience.

Wife & I bought new Hyper Blue back in July'18 to replace our 2014 ATS 2T.
Needed back seat for kids.
Racked 1,500miles in a month, did fluids, and tracked a few days later.
Been to Grattan (6times), Gingerman, Waterford Hills, and Pitt Raceway.
Working toward a trailer to hit tracks further away.
We're members of www.3ballsracing.com. We run six-seven 20minute runs over a 7hour period for 1-2days depending on track rental.

Daily driver setup: stock Ferodo pads and Nitto NT555's 3season rubber on stock rims, 0W-30
Track setup: 2nd full set OEM rotors with Hawk DTC-70/60's, and OEM Goodyear Eagle F1's (just bought my 2nd set) on track rims.
Track season gets -2.0 front and -1.5 rear camber.
Fall/Winter season gets reset all to 0 camber.
Used every mode except PTM Sport 2 and Race... because it's also a daily driver

Upgrades: none to powertrain to maintain warranty. Thinking canards in a year. Wife would love forward camera or parking sensors.

Problems: Zip. Nada! Never runs hot. Never thrown code. 15,000 miles in 13months... Estimate 2,000 track miles so far.

Love: EVERYTHING. A10 is great. Mag ride. PDR is great learning tool.

Annoyances:
1. Manual 4-to-5 upshift is occasionally really hard/jerky on track under mid-to-hard accel. Trans fluid appears okay.
2. Steering alignment about once a month (between track weekend cornering, MI potholes, and parking lot speed bumps).
3. PDR housing falls out of the IP once a track season
4. Passenger rear window trim cold squeaks over Michigan roads/speed bumps
5. Jack point pinch welds look rough after a season... even with hockey pucks
6. Brake cooling on short tracks (Waterford Hills)
7. Being followed by ricers with cellphones
8. Losing a socket in the engine bay taking the water deflector off

Regrets: not getting at least a front end wrap... I have literally 30+ chips in the front end and doors (MI roads suck).

I work directly for GM in Connected Car Operations in Detroit. I participate in GM's Performance Driving Team auto-crossing at Milford Proving Grounds in all flavors of Camaros, Vettes, V-series, and frankly anything else we can get our hands on... and to share race knowledge when we tech the cars on weeknights. Auto-cross is clearly different from road course, but its race-mode with someone else's vehicles!

Why are you using 0/30 oil? Calls for Mobil 1 ESP 0/40. Just asking!

I was lucky enough to get the first 2019 ZLE in Canada, Mosaic Black Metallic. Yes I paid MSRP and yes it was a pain to find a dealer with a allocation that wasn’t “sold” or didn’t want above MSRP. I’ve yet to see another ZLE in person (cough Scotty cough), seen a few ZL1 though.

My favourite pic of it so far:

Are the front spring spacers still in or are you coming over a crest?
