No doubt. The LS I bought with discount was only $22,350 with GMS pricing. My sisters 2SS she bought was $38,500. Even a 1SS for me would have been almost 10k more. You gotta stick to the same trims to compare.

I never understood the Vette worship. They are nice cars, I appreciate them. But I was always a Camaro/Firebird man.

It does when you are comparing prices! I love the feel of heated leather on a cold day! And the fancy bluetooth and such! Almost sounds like I am posting on the wrong forum!

Fact is the 3.6L V6 is a great motor. You could make a point that it is better than the LS3.
86.39 HP per liter (3.6) vs 68.71 HP per liter (6.2) and better MPG. Don't quote me but it probably has less emissions too. Overall it is hands down more efficient. Any one who does not respect the great piece of engineering the is in the non-SS's is living under a rock.

That being said I love my LS3!

I could mod a V6 to beat your SS, You can mod an SS to beat the Z, you can also mod a shitty civic to beat em all. Whats your point? On the topic of classifiying a vehicle, a V6 will always be less of a car as the SS, as the same goes for the SS in terms of the Z28. Reguardless as to what is faster. Going back to the topic, the V6 is not a muscle car because it doesnt have an v8.
Honestly, i wont be surpirsed here if members start posting pics of there Junk next to there camaro just to see whose dick is bigger.
we are talking performance here V6 man and you like the others, keep getting sidetracked....like, oh but the 5th gen V6 has more hp that the camaro V8s of the past, but oh, wouldn't the Z28 worth more in the future? We are talking now. Like I said, a Z28 sitting in my garage next to the SS, the SS will still rape the stock Z28 and I will have to spend quite a bit more just to outperform the SS I have now....that is if I don't trade it for a different car before then. Okay okay, your V6 is a muscle car...make sure to tell car guys at a car show that and don't race it against a Honda Accord.
Like a pack of irritated bees I tell you.
