Recommended Dyno Tuner in Austin Area

The title says it all. I am having my Kooks headers, high flow cats, 3 inch exhaust, and CAI installed Friday or Monday next week. After that is all said and done i need to get a dyno tune done. Does anyone recommend a local shop to complete this? I was thinking about going to Fastlane in Houston, but they are so damn far away. The local dyno tuner in Round Rock, where I live, has never tuned a new Camaro (he says he prob does not have the updated software to do it) Suggestions? I'd like to stay nearbye just in case i have to bring the car back for a Failed tune.

Henderson Performance is the closest one if im not mistaken... Then on your drive back plenty of time for break in of the tune...

LOTS of the locals have taken their car to Corey...

Henderson Performance does all of my work, and I couldn't be happier, see the numbers in my signature below..

I'll go with you to the shop if you want... I hang out there a lot for a number of reasons... Corey has tuned many of the Camaros in the area... He is probably one of the best LS motor guys in the country...

If you don't mind a small road trip we would be glad to take care of your tuning needs! Also right now we have a special for $350 dyno and street!

Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions or would like to set an appointment.

I will probably just let the company that is helping with my exhast system and CAI do the tune. I believe they said they take it to Henderson Performance anyway, so that works out. Saves me from taking a day off of work, although i would like to witness the tune and take some videos. That's half the fun of modding a car anyway.

If I'm available and you can't make it, I'll certainly video it for you..
I was in Brazil when mine was done and some friends sent me videos...

Fair enough. I don't want to see less than 400 HP on that dyno though...

If it's 399 or less, I'll have him throw my car on there and send you that run sheet...

Check "Reckart Performance" in Cedar Park, just south on 183 from 1431.
Basic Engine Tune ($150)
Full Street Tune ($250)

Reckart is no longer in business however Aikmen is now in that spot. Look for Aikman Performance Tuning and Repair on facebook.

I want to say a tune is around 300'ish, where a dyno/street tune is 500'ish (dyno to get baseline, few hour street tune, then dyno). I wouldn't go anywhere else.
