Removed my pickup tube to clean my oil pan out from the silicone that I scrapped off the gasket edge of the pan.Will it seal up fine if I reuse it?Noticed there’s no gasket it just get pushed into the provision on the pan and didn’t know if it was one time use.Just for clarification the pickup is clean and motor was tore down to do cam and decided to replace oil pump while it was out of the car..Also I was tol by Tsp that the oil pump I bought was bolt on and go no aligning required.Have you guys heard of this?Put a little blue loctite on each bolt and installed it and also noticed there’s only the one seal for the pump to block in the middle and none of the other holes from the pump to block have a seal on them?
