Well, when the C8 Corvette was revealed, it wasn't an abortion concept like the Tesla....It was the real thing.

Tesla's so-called reveal looks more and more like a total scam.

In 2019, 75% of gm truck sales have been high trim luxury crew cabs

Also, as a contractor with a high trim gm truck, I see no reason why this truck would not be amazing for actual truck duties. It will likely lack some popular truck accessory capability. Most guys with legit dedicated work vehicles that serve no other purpose are using HD trucks.

This is going to primarily impact the incredibly popular crew cab luxury truck.

Something else that needs to be said. As I’d assume nearly everybody in this forum has a passion of speed. Most of you guys have probably never been in a fast truck.

Holy shit are fast trucks fun. Run a 10.8 in a truck with 16” of ground clearance, you will have a “holy shit” moment equivalent to what I guess would be low 9’s in a car.

I know it's just my personal opinion, but aside from some Tesla features, there is nothing luxurious about this Tesla, or the Model 3, or the Model Y. It's a sparse interior...the "less is more" BS.

Would you rather stare at what looks like a block of stone with an iPad Pro strapped on, or something that actually looks like my 5 yr old daughter didn't design it in her aftercare class.

You gotta drive one

It’s really cool.

I drove the model S and the model 3.

The model S interior did actually feel cheap. Nothing all that special about it. The model 3 on the other hand, which is more similar to that truck, that was like “whoa I’m driving a car from the future”

As someone who really likes interiors, especially that ram interior, and even more the lincoln navigator interior, I love the cybertruck interior. You have to experience it to appreciate.

The outside appearance is the ugliest vehicle I’ve ever seen, but besides that, it’s incredible.

It can't be incredible because it's not even a real vehicle yet. Right now its just a prototype and a bunch of promises.

Elon says it will do 2.9 0-60 and start at $50K but Elon says a lot of things that don't end up happening.

When they finally get into consumers hands... and by that time they will have unveiled probably two more vehicles to distract attention from the prior vehicles failures to live up to promises... it will either be incredible or it won't, but I wouldn't be getting too excited about it just yet.

I think GM can do better in upcoming electric trucks. Cypertruck is worst look truck even many of Tesla fans and owners prefer Rivian for that.
